Report Any Concerns
Parents/carers, family members or other community members are able to report a concern relating to the safety or wellbeing of a student using our Child Safe Incident or Concern Reporting Form - https://sqadventist.csassurance.com/contracts/new?contract_template=46&token=Eubhxei7Mqz2jvPMdrxG
Reports may be submitted anonymously. However, while anonymous reports will be taken seriously and assessed appropriately, anonymity may limit our ability to investigate a concern fully or provide feedback regarding the outcome. All reports are managed in accordance with the school's Child Safety Policies and Procedures.
Students are able to report any concerns about their own safety, or the safety and wellbeing of others, if they do not feel comfortable identifying themselves using our Anonymous Submission of Concern Form. The Submission of Concern Form Template can be lodged at the reporting box in the School Library.
