IAS Prospectus Pack

We are really excited that you would like to enrol your child/ren at our school.

Please complete the below Enrolment Forms and return it to our office, along with $100 enrolment fee, either in person or via email - admin@ias.qld.edu.au (note: this enrolment fee is refunded to your school fees if accepted). Alternatively, you can complete our online form here.

We can then book in a time for an enrolment interview with our principal.

3. Direct Debit Request Form (if payment plan option is chosen)

4. Fee Assistance Application Form

5. Bus Application Form

6. Kindy Collection Authorisation Form
